Bathing can be intimidating! It is also a beautiful bonding experience for both you and baby. Every Wednesday is baby care at Golden Hour- come with your questions and gain confidence while caring for your new little human. Baby baths are done in a Babu Bath in small groups of 3 during Nourishment and Bonding between 11:00 and 1:00 PM.

As babies grow into the table and begin exploring solids, shared meals offer a natural place to watch, learn, ask questions, and build confidence together- taking a little of the pressure out of feeding and bringing a little more village back to motherhood. Bring your lunch and baby’s solids, we will enjoy a meal together in baby safe seating.
